Full Journal pdf2008-04-06 House Journal Page 2675 SCR 22 The following was read the second time: SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22 Urging the governor to expand the subjects to be addressed during the Third Special Session of the Twenty-Fifth Alaska State Legislature to include an in-state natural gas pipeline for the transport of natural gas produced on the North Slope and to develop a plan for the economical distribution of that natural gas to communities throughout the state. The question being: "Shall SCR 22 pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCR 22 Second Reading Final Passage YEAS: 35 NAYS: 4 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Buch, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Doll, Edgmon, Fairclough, Foster, Gara, Gardner, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Johansen, Johnson, Joule, Kawasaki, Keller, Kelly, LeDoux, Lynn, Meyer, Nelson, Neuman, Olson, Ramras, Roses, Salmon, Samuels, Stoltze, Thomas, Wilson Nays: Doogan, Gatto, Kerttula, Seaton Excused: Holmes And so, SCR 22 passed the House, was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
